Step 01
Book
Schedule via the online calendar or WhatsApp. We confirm your slot within the hour.
Step 02
Visit
Arrive at our Canberra studio at your confirmed time. Bring the garment and the shoes or accessories you will wear with it.
Step 03
Assess
We inspect the garment together, discuss the work, and confirm the final price. Nothing proceeds without your approval.
Step 04
Craft
Your garment is worked on with precision in our home studio. Standard turnaround is 2 weeks; express options available.
Step 05
Deliver
We deliver free to HDB estates in Canberra. Condos and landed properties at S$2.80 per trip, or collect at the studio.

Monday 9am–8:30pm; Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9am–6pm; Saturday 9am–12pm. We are closed on Thursdays and Sundays.
Yes — free doorstep delivery to HDB estates in Canberra. Condominiums and landed properties are charged S$2.80 per trip. Drop-off is at our home studio by appointment.
