All alterations, drop-offs, and collections are strictly by appointment.
For alterations, simply book a time slot via our website and your appointment will be confirmed instantly.
For laundry drop-offs or any collection, please WhatsApp us your preferred timing and we will confirm your appointment separately.
Standard alterations take approximately 2 weeks. If you are within our delivery zone, your clothes will be returned on the following Monday. If you prefer to collect in person, WhatsApp us once you receive the "ready for collection" email to arrange a time.
Yes — within 24 hours (2.5× rate), within 3 working days (2× rate), within 5 working days (1.5× rate). Express slots are subject to availability; contact us before booking.
For pants or long skirts, bring the shoes you plan to wear with them. If you have a reference garment or inspiration, bring that along too — it helps us understand exactly the fit you want.
Yes. Just let us know at your appointment. We will alter the garment first, then send it for dry cleaning — no separate order needed.
Yes, if you are within our HDB delivery zone in East Canberra, delivery is free. Once your clothes are ready, we will deliver to your doorstep on the next delivery cycle (Mon, 9am to 12noon). If you prefer to collect earlier, WhatsApp us to arrange.
Absolutely. Book your appointment as usual. When your alterations are ready, we will notify you and you can come by to collect at a time that suits you.
Dry cleaning uses a liquid solvent instead of water. It is gentler on delicate fabrics and helps preserve the shape, colour, and texture of your garments — especially for suits, gowns, and structured pieces.
Free doorstep pick-up and delivery for HDB estates within East Canberra. Condominiums and landed properties are charged S$2.80 per pick-up or delivery.
Our maximum liability per article is S$100. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, inherent fabric weaknesses, or inaccurate information provided by the customer. All items must be inspected within 1 day of collection.
Items must be collected within 30 days of receiving your "ready for collection" email. Uncollected items may be disposed of without liability.

We inspect the garment together and confirm the work needed. You receive the final quote before anything is touched.

Craft
Our tailor works on your garment with precision. Standard turnaround is 2 weeks; express options available.
Step 05
Collect
We deliver free to HDB estates or you collect at the studio. Your garment, exactly as discussed.
