The most common alteration — we shorten your pants to the exact length you need, preserving the original hem style (turn-up, flat, felled, or blind-hemmed) where possible.
Leg Slimming
Tapering
We take in the leg from the knee or thigh down to create a slimmer, more contemporary silhouette. Ideal for suit trousers, chinos, and dress pants that feel too baggy.
Taking In or Letting Out
Waist Adjustments
If your trousers are too big or too small at the waist, we can take in or let out the waistband — up to the limit of the existing seam allowance.
Fit Reshaping
Seat & Thigh
We can reshape the seat and thigh for a cleaner fit — particularly useful for tailored trousers and dress pants that pull or sag in the wrong places.
Re-sewing & Reinforcement
Crotch Repair

pants alterations
Hemming and length alterations start from S$14.80, with a range of S$14.80–39.80 depending on fabric, finish, and whether the original hem style is preserved. Express hemming within 24 hours is available at 2.5× the standard rate.
Yes — where possible we preserve the original hem style, including turn-ups, flat hems, felled hems, and blind hems. This keeps your trousers looking factory-finished rather than obviously altered.
The amount depends on the existing seam allowance inside the waistband. Most trousers allow 1–2 inches of adjustment in either direction. We check this at your appointment before quoting.
Standard turnaround is approximately 2 weeks. Express options are available — within 5 days (1.5× surcharge), 3 days (2×), or 24 hours (2.5×). Express slots are subject to availability; please confirm with us before booking.
We work with most trouser types — suit trousers, dress pants, chinos, linen trousers, formal trousers, work pants, and school uniform bottoms. Denim jeans are handled through our Jeans Alterations service. If your garment uses an unusual or delicate fabric, let us know when booking.
We are based in Canberra, Singapore — you drop off your garments at our studio by appointment. Free doorstep delivery of completed alterations is available to eligible HDB estates in Canberra. Condominiums and landed properties are charged S$2.80 per way.
