Wear the trousers or skirt you intend to pair with the shirt — the hem and tuck position depend on what the shirt is worn with.

For dress shirts, the classic rule is 1.5–2 cm of cuff showing beyond the jacket sleeve. Bring your blazer if you want this aligned precisely.

If you are bringing multiple shirts of a similar style, bring them all — slight differences in construction can affect price, and we quote per piece.

Freshly laundered shirts give the most accurate fit. Worn fabric that has stretched or relaxed may behave differently after washing.

Yes — free doorstep delivery is available for HDB estates in Canberra. Condominiums and landed properties are charged S$2.80 per way. Delivery is available after alterations or cleaning are completed.
Yes. If your garment also needs dry cleaning, we handle the alteration first, then cleaning. Just mention it when booking.
