Taking In / Letting Out
Waist Adjustments
We reshape the waistband when a skirt fits well at the hips but is too large or small at the waist. Works for elasticated waistbands and structured waistbands alike.
Interior Finishing
Lining Addition
If a skirt is sheer or simply more comfortable with a lining, we add a fitted slip lining in a fabric matched as closely as possible to the garment.

Side Split & Vent
We open or extend a side split, or create a new vent at the hem — useful for straight and pencil skirts that restrict movement after shortening.

Bring the heels you plan to wear with the skirt — hem length is always measured from the floor, so the height of your heel matters.

For wrap or asymmetric skirts, wear them in the position you intend — the hem measurement depends on how you tie or position the garment.

Layered skirts — chiffon with an underskirt, tulle overlays — take longer to hem. Mention the construction when booking.

Yes — free doorstep delivery is available for HDB estates in Canberra. Condominiums and landed properties are charged S$2.80 per way. Delivery is available after alterations or cleaning are completed.
